Philip Sibiga - Connecticut-Based Insurance Professional

Philip Sibiga is an insurance professional and business leader with more than four decades of experience in sales, management, and client relations. Based in North Haven, Connecticut, Philip Sibiga has built a career that is centered around innovation, client-centered service, and the development of insurance solutions for individuals and businesses.

Philip Sibiga began his professional career at Aetna Life & Casualty in Bridgeport, Connecticut. From 1978 to 1987, he worked as a manager in both the large account unit and the AE2000 unit, which was Aetna’s pioneering product for automated small business insurance. These early years allowed him to gain insight into the evolving world of insurance products and client service.

In 1995, Mr. Sibiga founded Premier Insurance Associates in North Haven, where he served as owner and led the agency until 2021. Over more than 25 years, he managed all aspects of the business, including insurance sales, client relations, and agency operations.

Following the successful operation of his agency, Mr. Sibiga transitioned to John M. Glover in 2021, where he served as vice president. In this role, which he held until 2023, he was responsible for identifying prospects, cultivating new clients, and expanding relationships with existing clients across both personal and commercial insurance lines.
